  Product Introduction：

  PGCC series special centrifuge for plate sedimentation and separation uses the principle of obtaining different sedimentation rates in a strong centrifugal force field by using liquid-solid phase with different particle sizes,densities and immiscibility in the recovered liquid to achieve the purpose of separating and layering or settling solid particles in the liquid.

  Application

  The machine is operated intermittently,and is suitable for the separation of suspension with solid density greater than liquid density and certain fluidity.

  Working principle
  PGCC centrifuge is a kind of sedimentation centrifuge,which uses a non porous drum
  The strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed operation of(centrifugal basket)is relatively heavy
  The solid matter is deposited on the drum wall to form a sediment layer,and the light phase matters form an inner liquid ring

  The liquid phase of the layer is led out of the rotary drum by siphon during operation,and the solid phase is discharged out of the drum by the suction scraper.After separation,cut off the power supply.
